简介：

       钟建英，1975年10月出生，博士，教授级高工，博士生导师，享受国务院特殊津贴，入选“万人计划”科技创新领军人才名单，平高集团有限公司总经理助理、科技部主任。长期从事输变电电力设备及新能源技术方面的研究工作，先后主持国家或省部级科技项目36项，获国家、省（部）级、市级科技成果35项，获省（部）级科技特等奖1项、一等奖5项、二等奖16项，国家优秀发明专利奖4项，发表学术论文42篇，SCI、EI收录15篇，编纂著作4部，参与制定国标2项。先后荣获中国电力优秀青年工程师、省杰出专业技术人才、省十大杰出科技女性、平顶山科技精英、国家电网公司杰出专家等多项称号。

Biography：

Zhong Jianying, female, born in October 1975, Ph.D., professor-level senior engineer, doctoral tutor, State Council Expert for Special Allowance, national scientific and technological innovation leader in the national “10 000-person plan”, ,the Director of Science & Technology Department and the General Manager Assistant of Pinggao Group Co., Ltd. of State Grid Corporation of China.

Her research focuses on the power transmission and transformation equipment. She has led and accomplished 36 national and provincial key scientific and technological projects, and obtained 35 national, provincial (or ministerial), municipal scientific and technological achievements. She has won 5 first prizes and 16 second prizes at provincial and ministerial level, and 4 national outstanding patent awards. She has published 42 technical papers including 15 indexed by SCI or EI, and edited 4 books. She has been awarded many honorary titles, such as China Power Excellent Young Engineer Award, Henan Province Outstanding Science and Technology Talent, Henan Province Top Ten Outstanding Science and Technology Female, Pingdingshan Science and Technology Hero, State Grid Corporation of China’s Outstanding Expert, etc.
